Patrick McGuire
General Manager
With over 20 plus years of club experience, Patrick McGuire joined Wexford in December of 2022.
Most recently, Patrick served as General Manager of the Dorset Field Club in Dorset, Vermont, the oldest club in the United States still operating in its original location, where he led a strategic planning process that resulted in the expansion of member facilities and year-round operations in this traditionally seasonal club and a significant growth in membership during his tenure. Prior to Dorset, he was the Club and Facilities Manager at Heritage Palms Golf and Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida, a community of 1,662 residences of which 155 private homes constituted the HOA. In this role, he managed all clubhouse functions and operations, including food & beverage, tennis, fitness, security, maintenance and administration. Patrick is an active member of the Club Management Association of America and is a Certified Club Manager (CCM).
Patrick attended Western Carolina University on a golf scholarship. He has earned his Community Association Management (CAM) license in state of Florida. Patrick also earned certification from the Construction Specification Institute and held several Project Manager and Property Manager positions in commercial industry including marine and bridge construction.
Patrick and his family are excited to be relocating to the Lowcountry. Patrick enjoys golf - with a five handicap - as well as fishing, American history and exploration.

Michele Scott

Michele attended Lincoln University where she earned a degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Hospitality Accountant Executive (CHAE) and a member of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP).
Michele previously worked at Oldfield Club and Sea Pines Country Club. She joined Wexford in 2013.

Dan Ogden, AIA, NCARB
Infrastructure / Project Manager
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington. He has over 28 years of multi-functional real estate development experience, with an emphasis on construction and design, on 400+ projects. He is well experienced as a construction manager, and has worked with public zoning, planning and other government agencies. In recent years, under his D.L. Ogden Architecture firm, Dan worked as a Project Manager at various Clubs and homeowner associations, including Long Cove, Belfair and Spring Island.

Laurie has over 24 years experience in Human Resources Management with the most recent ten years focusing on Hospitality. Laurie is a National Member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a Local Member of the Lowcountry Human Resource Association. She joined Wexford in 2008.

Christine attended college at The American College for the Applied Arts in Atlanta and earned a BA degree in Interior Design. Over her 27 years on Hilton Head Island, she worked for a local home builder and property management company, as well as in the accounting industry. Christine joined the Wexford team in 2014 as the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables Clerk and transitioned into the ASC Administrator position in June 2018.

Craig Kandravi

Born and raised in Delaware County, Pennsylvania (DELCO BOY), Craig has always had a passion for the hospitality industry ever since he started working at a local country club during his senior year of high school. He lived in Miami, Florida, for eight years and managed a country club in Marathon, Florida, and then moved on to hotels for a time.
Craig met his wife Marie when he returned north and managed Hershey Country Club where her mother was the dining room manager and introduced them. Their jobs then brought them to Hilton Head where they were married at Windmill Harbor. Their careers took them back to Pennsylvania two years later where Craig served as the General Manager/COO of several country clubs in the suburbs of Philadelphia and vicinity.
Craig attended North Carolina Wesleyan College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina and studied Business Administration. His hobbies include spending time with Marie, playing golf, sports cars and boating. During his Miami days, Craig was a Professional Offshore Powerboat racing champion driver.

Jesse was born and raised in Boston, MA and attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School where he graduated with a Culinary Arts degree. Jesse has traveled around the US cooking from coast to coast in a variety of venues including Chatham Bars Inn, Nantucket Yacht Club, fine dining in Steamboat Springs, CO, etc. He found his love for Southern cooking in Hilton Head with his specialty being Southern BBQ. When he isn't spending time in the kitchen, you can find Jesse having a boat day or rooting on his favorite sports teams.

Robert Mosco, CSW
Food & Beverage Manager
Prior to coming to Wexford, Robert was with Montage Palmetto Bluff where he served as General Manager of the Octagon, the premier restaurant of the resort and oversaw all resort bar functions. During his tenure, Robert played a role in the resort achieving the prestigious Forbes five-star award, given to the top luxury resorts in the world. He was also instrumental in seeking and developing talented individuals that could maintain the level of standards and service to Palmetto Bluff members and guests. Robert also participated in task force opportunities relating to grand openings of other Montage resorts, food and beverage summits and is a Level II Certified Sommelier of Wines.
Robert held several roles within the industry from ownership, development of concepts, design and construction, licensing and management. His principle techniques of food sales and marketing, analyzing financial statements, forecasting and production plans are his favorite skill set.
Robert attended the University of Florida and will tout the Gator Nation. He is a seven-year Hilton Head transplant originally from Pass-a-Grille Beach, Florida, where he met his wife Kirsten of 28 years. They have two adult sons and a Bull Mastiff named Duke.

Scott Hunter

Born and raised in Roanoke, VA, Scott attended George Mason University where he was one of the top collegiate golfers. After college, Scott tested his game professionally, making it through stage one of PGA Tour "Q" School.
Scott has won the Assistant Championship, Professionals Championship, Hilton Head Open and Match Play Championship all in 2005, earning recognition as one of the most “elite” golfers in the Lowcountry.
Scott was the First Assistant Golf Professional at Overbrook Country Club in Philadelphia, PA, and at Moss Creek Plantation in Hilton Head. Scott joined Wexford in 2011 and is responsible for all aspects of the golf operations.

Rob Grindereng
Golf Course Superintendent
Upon graduating from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Rob moved to Phoenix, AZ and spent the past 4 years working at TPC Scottsdale, Desert Mountain and Anthem Golf and Country Club moving his way up from Assistant in Training to 1st Assistant. He attributes a lot of his success to his mentors that have pushed him to grow as a leader and strengthen his skills.
During his career, Rob has worked at several PGA tour tournaments from the Korn Ferry tour to the Champions tour. Starting with the FedEx St. Jude in 2016, 2017 and 2018, the Tour Championship at Eastlake GC in 2019, Waste Management Phoenix Open, TPC Colorado Championship, and the Charles Schwab Championship all in 2020. These opportunities taught him how precise the agronomic practices and planning needs to be to push a course to its limits for optimal conditions for the top players in the world to compete for that given week. Rob is excited for the next chapter in his career as the Wexford Golf Course Superintendent and is eager to incorporate his experiences and perspective and continue to elevate the golf course.

Mark Dryden
Harbour Master
A native of Australia, Mark began his maritime career working his way up the ranks on various private and commercial vessels in Europe and the Caribbean, eventually earning a Master Class V Certification captain’s license from The Port of Melbourne. Most recently, Mark served as the Marina Manager for 31st Street Marina, part of Chicago’s municipal harbour system- the largest municipal system in the U.S.
In September 2014, Mark joined the Wexford Team. He is a Certified Marina Operator, certified by the Association of Marina Industries; American Sailing Association (ASA) Certified Instructor for small vessels; and a member of the South Carolina Clean Marina Board and Clean Marina Inspector.
In addition to his seagoing and marina experience, Mark also holds a degree in Hospitality Management and has extensive experience in both the hotel and retail industries. In his free time, Mark enjoys sailing, diving, biking and spending time with his wife Maggie, and their two dogs, Mayday and Daphne.

Patrick attended Clemson University in SC. Upon graduation, he decided to follow his true passion of tennis. He earned his Professional Tennis Registry certification in 1991. He is a member of the Tennis Pros Association and United States Tennis Association.
Patrick began his career in Hilton Head teaching at Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center and later moved to South Beach Racquet Club. Patrick joined Wexford in 1994 and is responsible for all aspects of the tennis operations.

Mike is originally from Daytona Beach, FL. He played college tennis at Jefferson State University in Birmingham, AL. Mike became USPTA Elite certified in 1994. In 2016, Mike became the first member of the PTR to become certified at the Professional level in all 5 teaching pathways: Adult Tennis, Junior Development Tennis (10 and under), 11-17, High Performance Junior Tennis, and Senior Tennis. Mike is also Wheelchair Tennis Certified. Mike was named the PTR South Carolina Teaching Pro of the Year in 2017. Mike has been published in TennisPro magazine, and he was a speaker at the 2018 PTR International Tennis Symposium.
Mike previously worked at Van Der Meer in Shipyard Plantation. He joined Wexford in August 2013.

Marvin Morrison
Director of Safety & Security
Marvin Morrison was born and raised in the Metropolitan Detroit, Michigan area. In 1977, he began his law enforcement career as a Macomb Community College Public Safety Officer in Clinton Township, Michigan. Marvin served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1978 to 1984 and on Active Duty from 1987 to 1992, as a Military Policeman and Criminal Investigator, serving in Desert Storm.
Marvin was the Chief of Security for National Detective and Security Company in Michigan from 1985 to 1987. Marvin initially joined the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office in 1992 serving as a Patrol Officer and Detective. In 1995, Marvin joined the Beaufort Police Department where he served as a Patrolman III, Detective and was later promoted to Investigations Lieutenant. In 1999, Marvin returned to the Sheriff’s Office before retiring in 2014, holding numerous positions being promoted to the rank of Major, serving as the Enforcement Division Commander.
Marvin has spent many hours volunteering to various organizations within the Beaufort Community, to include the Beaufort Water Festival, where he spent 13 years before being elected in 2004 as the 49th Commodore. Since that time, Marvin continues to serve as a Board of Director for the festival.

Originally from the Fort Myers, Daniel is currently assigned as the Service Supervisor coordinating the ABDI gate access system, security cameras, Security IT, Security Training, along with the assigned duties of the Patrol and Gate Officer. He previously worked in retail customer service and stays active assisting with many of his church functions.
